Shipping and Delivery

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and Logistic Companies process the orders, which takes an additional 24-48 hours.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. All delivery usually takes about 3 to 15business days  . All orders will be sent via express delivery and will be provided with a logistics number and logistics provider information that can be tracked.

 

 

Tracking

Once the order is shipped, please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to be fully updated on the post office system. Please note that youiorder is actually on the way and there is no delay ofthe package rather than the tracking number status. After that period, you can track yourorder at your country's post website or https://www.17track.net/en

 

 

Wrong address

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct and we will do our best to expedite processing and shipping times. If the address provided by the buyer is wrong, you can contact us to cancel before the express delivery. If it has been shipped, the loss will be borne by the seller. Lost or stolen package

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. f your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and youhave not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carier. lf you have any further questions on how to do this, please reach out toour customer support team.
