#1-ls my item available?


In the event that the safety shoes you purchased are not in stock, we wil contact you within 2 business days to update you with the status of youiorder. We may suggest an alternate in-stock style if there happens to be a long delay with the avalability ofthe footwear you request.We donot bilcustomers for items that are back-ordered. lf an order has been canceled due to item availability, your account willnot be charged.

 


#2 What is the status of my order?


We send emails as your order is updated. Also, you may log in to your account to see the status of your order

 


#3 How long is the shipping?


7-14 business days for standard shipping, from the time the item is processed in our shipping system.
Note: In case of special circumstances including but not limited to hurricanes, heavy rains, snowstorms and other extreme weather or other factors,Express delivery may experience some delays.

 


#4 Do l have to pay tax?
We collect and remit sales taxes in all states where it is required.
#5 How quickly does my item ship?
95% ofthe time the order is in stock and willship in 2-3 days from one ofour warehouses (lifthe order is placed prior to 3:00 PM EST). lftheorder is out of stock and needs to be ordered in from the manufacturer - you wil be notified within 48 business hours of placing your order.
